Annapolis, MD - Join My Gym Annapolis and Annapolis Town Center for a free kids fitness and educational class at the East Village near P.F. Chang's taking place multiple dates from March 28, 2023 through May 23, 2023! My Gym has created an extraordinary fitness program devised to help children develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Their structured, age-appropriate classes incorporate fitness, music, dance, puppets, relays, games, gymnastics, sports and other original activities. The children have fun as they exercise and gain strength, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and social skills. The most important benefit My Gym offers, however, is the building of confidence and self-esteem. A child who feels good about him/herself has a jumpstart on the path to becoming a healthy, well-adjusted young adult.
This class is targeted for kids 18 months – 4 years. Parents are required to stay for the entire duration of the class.
