She chose the field of family law because she enjoys helping families through tough periods of transition, and facilitating her clients through to a healthier new chapter, whatever that may be. When asked about her professional goals, Attorney Summers answered that her goal is always to provide each client with the very best in legal representation, and to go the extra mile in each case. Attorney Kendall Summers is a native of Annapolis, where she lives in Eastport with her family. Her office is located at 7 Willow Street, Suite 101, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, which is off of West Street, by the intersection of West and Route 2.

In addition to her active practice helping families with issues of child custody, separation, divorce and annulment, Attorney Summers is a Court certified mediator for child-access and co-parenting, and is building her mediation practice, as an alternative for couples who wish to avoid the high cost of litigation. She also regularly practices before the District and Circuit Courts in Anne Arundel County, and has a wealth of colleagues in related fields from which to draw to help assist her clients, including experts, tax consultants, appraisers, investigators, and accountants.

Attorney Summers is a trained Litigator, Attorney Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer. A graduate of the Washington College of Law, American University, Attorney Summers is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the International Association of Collaborative Lawyers (IACP), and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. Ms. Summers also serves as a rostered leader in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA).
