“We are extremely excited about the new specialty license plates and are happy they are now available to Maryland drivers,” said Don Hutchinson, president and CEO. “These tags are just one more way Zoo fans can help support our conservation and education missions here at the Zoo.”
The plates are now available for a minimum $25 donation to the Zoo, along with the MVA cost of $25 to cover postage and administrative fees. The donation to the Zoo is tax-deductible and the process is easy. Once the Zoo receives the contribution, a form will be sent back, and one can submit directly to the MVA in order to finalize the process. The MVA will then mail your plate directly to you!
