Miss Shirley's Café first opened in Roland Park in 2005 and was created in loving memory of Miss Shirley McDowell, a longtime cook at The Classic Catering People (Dopkin's familyowned catering company).
The late Miss Shirley's classic recipes, including Meatloaf, Texas Brisket and Salmon Cakes, inspired Corporate Executive Chef Brigitte Bledsoe to create a menu of eakfast, unch and lunch menu offerings that satisfy stomach and soul.
