The Volunteers in Police Service/Reserve Officers Program nominated by RSVP at the county Department of Aging and Disabilities received the “Answering the Call” Volunteer Project Award from the Volunteer Center for Anne Arundel County and the Coordinators of Volunteers of Anne Arundel County (COVAAC). At the Nov. 10 Hall of Fame ceremony at the Yellowfin restaurant in Edgewater are, from left, Talia Grover, Volunteer Center board president; Cpl.
