What's Up? Media and friends packed the bar at its second Pop-Up Happy Hour on Tuesday, October 18th, at O'Leary's Seafood in Annapolis.
Guests were treated to a complimentary sampling of O'Leary's The Apothecary -- a rich, amber-colored cocktail that melds some traditional holiday-like ingredients with some serious bourbon -- along with appetizer specials exclusive to What's Up?!
