Chestertown RiverArts invites artists to Paint the Town April 25th through 28th.

"Paint the Town" is a 4-day event where artists have the opportunity to lose themselves while exploring the beautiful countryside and capturing it in their paintings. After three (3) days of painting, artists gather back together on Saturday afternoon to frame and hang their finished work in the RiverArts Gallery in preparation for sale at the "Wet Paint Show and Sale". Once the show is complete, the participating artists vote for "Best in Show" and "Best Body of Work".

This event is focusing on supporting our Chesapeake Bay while also educating and offering an entertaining afternoon for guests, young and old to get involved in the health initiatives for the bay and local ways to support our community.
River Report Card - West Rhode River

Arundel Rivers is excited to announce the return of River Report cards! These events are your chance to hear from the South, West, and Rhode Riverkeeper and learn more about the health of our rivers. Each year, between April and October, the Arundel Rivers monitoring team collects tidal samples on a variety of different water quality data points. The data is then analyzed allowing the Riverkeeper to assign health grade to each river resulting in a River Report Card.
