Bulldog Annual Golf Tournament

Mark your calendars, St. Martin's Lutheran School of Annnapolis's annual bulldog golf tournament is coming up on Friday May 3rd. On this day there will be breakfast, lunch, on course beer and seltzers and even post round awards with appetizers!
May 3rd and 4th; Downtown Easton
Doors and windows of participating businesses will be decorated with various award-winning flower displays. Wreaths, baskets, planters, and arrangements will be ready for viewing from Friday, May 3rd at noon and will remain on display throughout the weekend. The Talbot County Garden Club will judge the winners in various categories on Friday the 3rd.

DC Boat Show announced that tickets are now on sale for its upcoming event on May 3-5, 2024, on and around the waterfront (150 National Plaza) at National Harbor. The popular show will run from 10 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. General admission tickets are $30 per person, $20 for active duty military and first responders. New this year is a special VIP ticket—a luxury VIP Boating Experience.

Paint the Town Anne Arundel County

PAINT THE TOWN is a fun and interactive showcase for local talent. The Performing Arts Center for African Cultures, Meki’s Tamure, and Footworks Percussive Dance Ensemble will perform during the cocktail hour, as will singersongwriter Doug Segree. Attendees can try their hand at painting with artist Cindy Fletcher-Holden and bid on the final work to take home. Guests, and even those who are unable to attend, will have the opportunity to purchase auction items donated by local artists, arts organizations, and businesses. And just when you think the evening is winding down, the lights will dim, and the dancing begins when The Groove Spot Band takes the stage!

Residents of Anne Arundel County can create and submit a Fairy House made of materials found nature to be on display within the woods of Quiet Waters Park for a month. Guidelines for constructing and submitting a Fairy House will be available on the Friends of Quiet Waters Park website and Facebook page beginning March 1, 2024. The first 75 qualifying applications will be accepted.
