Baltimore Running Festival – Baltimore’s Inner Harbor Saturday, October 19th, 9:45 a.m. Take part in what many are calling one of the best races on the East Coast. The Baltimore Running Festival offers the choice of five distances (marathon, half marathon, four-person relay, 5K, and fun run), and all runners will receive an Under Armour shirt. Tour Charm City on foot while running through the Maryland Zoo, Inner Harbor, Federal Hill, Fells Point, Patterson Park, and Lake Montebello. Oktobearfest – Maryland Zoo in Baltimore Saturday, October 19th, 12 p.m. Unlimited fall-flavored beer sampling is coming back to the zoo for the eighth year. Sip and stroll among the animals inside the zoo! Enjoy unlimited samples of more than 70 seasonal brews, live music, and local food and fare from vendors and artisans.
