Oranges and chocolate are a well-known pairing. The bitterness in the chocolate and the sweetness of the orange juice make them natural friends. The blood orange, with its raspberry undertones, is even better with chocolate. br
Ingredients
1 blood orange, sliced into segments
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Directions
Melt bittersweet chocolate in a bowl in 30 second increments until fully melted. Dip the segments half way into the chocolate then lay them flat on a sheet of parchment paper to dry.
