US Naval Academy Superintendent's Combo

Veteran’s Day CelebrationThe Naval Academy Band’s Superintendent’s Combo will present an evening of jazz at Washington College on Saturday, November 9 at 7:30 p.m. Under the direction of Chief Musician Colin Renick on saxophones and clarinet, the Superintendent’s Combo will perform a stroll through jazz history, from Dixieland to bebop, and from swing to fusion and funk. The program will intertwine the history of America’s music – jazz –with the history of the U.S. Navy in the 20th century. This is a FREE concert.
