It's so easy to overindulge in holiday treats at this time of year – and although they might be delicious, our bodies get tired of all those rich ingredients! In this healthy holiday cooking class, Chef Rebecca will guide you through the preparation of a couple holiday dishes that will make both your taste buds and your stomach happy! The small class size offers abundant opportunity for one-on-one time with the chef.
The menu:
~ Spinach and walnut stuffed mushrooms topped with herbed cashew cheese.
~ Smoky cauliflower hummus with veggies
~ Apple cinnamon donuts drizzled with sweet potato caramel (free of grains, dairy, gluten, eggs and refined sugar)
