An amazing amount of scientific research suggests that Mindfulness may be crucial to deal with one of the biggest health issues facing the world today: Stress & Anxiety. So how can you learn to self-regulate your emotions, be calmer, more centered and less stressed? How can you increase your focus and at the same time self-regulate your emotions? How can you re-frame your perception towards the challenges in your life that stress you out?
