The songs that Richard Rodgers created for Oklahoma!, South Pacific, The Sound of Music, and 40 other musicals are so deeply woven into the fabric of American life that it’s hard to imagine how one individual composer could leave such a legacy. The secret was collaboration, as these hits by the teams of Rodgers & Hart and Rodgers & Hammerstein make clear. Jack Everly unites with Broadway’s own Mary Poppins, Ashley Brown, for an enchanting program of classic showtunes.
