The providers at Easton Dermatology Associates take pride in providing professional skin care for children and adults on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Their aim is to deliver comprehensive skin care, diagnosing and treating all diseases of the skin, hair and nails. They also strive to help patients achieve more youthful-looking skin with a variety of state-of-the-art cosmetic services.
Dr. Donald Stranahan is a native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, growing up in the town of Easton. He received his medical degree from University of Maryland and completed his dermatology residency training at the University of South Florida. Dr. Stranahan is board certified in Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Since joining Easton Dermatology, he was voted Most Compassionate Doctor, received the Patients’ Choice Award and has been voted one of Maryland’s Top 10 Dermatology Specialists.
Dr. Michael Del Torto received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He went on to complete a Melanoma Fellowship along with duel residencies in Internal Medicine and Dermatology at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Del Torto is Board Certified in Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He has been voted Most Compassionate Doctor, received the Patients’ Choice Award and was selected as a What’s Up? Eastern Shore Top Doc in 2011.
Dr. Kirra Brandon is a native of Annapolis. She received her medical degree from University of Maryland and completed her dermatology residency training at Louisiana State University. Following her residency, Dr. Brandon completed a fellowship in Pediatric Dermatology at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she continued as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Dermatology until she moved back to Maryland. Dr. Brandon is board certified in both Pediatric Dermatology and Dermatology, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Hyland Cronin received her medical degree from University of West Virginia and completed her Dermatology Residency at Geisinger Health System. She went on to complete a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Dr. Cronin is board certified in Dermatology. She performs Mohs Micrographic Surgery on high risk skin cancers.
Erica Franks, P.A.-C, is a long-time resident of the Eastern Shore, growing up in Salisbury. She received her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Erica is a board certified Physician Assistant and a fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Joyce Carson, P.A-C, is Easton Dermatology’s newest member. She received her Physician Assistant degree from King’s College. Having held leadership positions in numerous academic honor societies, Joyce is a board certified Physician Assistant and a fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
