Q: What is the most unique property you have negotiated?
A: A remarkable waterfront home in Bozman located in Talbot County. The home was featured in the May 2014 issue of What’s Up? Eastern Shore. The luxury home sold just $300,000 less than it did at the height of the market nine years ago and it went under contract in 22 days of listing it. Situated on a small peninsula with over 1,000 feet of shoreline, it offered 270-degree views onto Broad Creek, a private jetty, dock with 3-plus feet MLW and a 15,000 lb. boatlift. The Nantucket-style home was renovated by award-winning McInturff Architects in Bethesda.
