The vibrations lower the frequency of brain waves to an alpha or theta state, states at which deep meditation and full-body relaxation naturally occur. A quieter mind, reduction in stress and improved quality of sleep are other benefits commonly experienced by sound bath participants. Enjoy deep relaxation with the addition of dry salt therapy in the Salt Barn!
