Green Smoothie
1 handful baby spinach
1 banana, sliced
3-5 strawberries, halved
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup milk (for a dairy-free smoothie, add water instead)
Ice
Combine all the ingredients in a powerful blender and pulse until combined. Add ice, if necessary, to thicken the smoothie. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Other vegetables to try: Kale, swiss chard, parsley, dandelion greens, bok choy. Make sure to remove all stems and fibers before blending.
