When it comes to exercise we all know we should do it. So why don’t we? Perhaps we just need more specific information and less chastising.
This might help: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has just released hot-off-the-presses guidelines for how much we should be exercising and exactly what the benefits could be.
Those government health gurus recommend that adults weekly get at least two and a half hours of moderate to intense aerobic activity, or one and one-quarter hours of vigorous to intense aerobic, or an equivalent amount of a combination of the two.
