Severna Park Independence Day Parade
July 5th, 10 a.m.; Severna Park Chamber of Commerce
LET'S CELEBRATE!!! We are so excited to announce that we will be able to hold our beloved Independence Day parade. We will celebrate the birth of our nation and the re-opening of our economy. This year's theme is Celebrating Our CommUNITY, as our community was unified in generosity and support of each other and our struggling small businesses and non-profits. Our Grand Marshall is Eddie Conway, owner of Garry's Grill. Eddie raised funds for 17 different charities during the pandemic, bringing in tens of thousands of dollars for others while his restaurant faced its own unbelievable challenges. Participation in the parade is free for members and non-profits. There is a $250 entry fee for non-commercial members, but funds can be applied towards a membership in the Chamber. The entry fee can be paid online, and we will still need the application for details about the entry and contact information.
